The material will remain online. Please consult the page from time to time for the latest info. The page will be updated with new literature and research information, as well as new exercises for old and new participants.

At home or at the office

Peace

Inspire the people around you through this poster that calls for peace. You can interpret peace as “no war”, but also as inner peace.

Meditation and yoga

You can hang this poster on the wall in rooms where meditation or yoga is practiced. In addition, this poster can be hung in common areas, for example at work or at home (in the living room, dining room, kitchen, hallway…).

At school

Hang this poster on the wall in your classroom, the lunchroom or other communal spaces in school. By doing so, you are encouraging your students to have a mindful stop moment, such as during class, at lunch, during playtime…

Mindfulness can help athletes reduce performance pressure and reduce stress.

In addition, mindfully practicing soft sports, such as walking, can help you enjoy the activity more and helps you relax.
