The price for a session is €20. Have you already taken an MBSR course or introduction, then you can attend all the bi-weekly sessions free of charge.

However, you can donate a small amount to support the work of the center. Part of the profits are donated to good causes and further research.

The sessions take place every two weeks, during the following weeks:

During the summer, we organize two summer weeks. Therefore there are no sessions in that period. During the autumn break and Christmas holidays, there are also no sessions.
