Every Thursday morning, from 7 to 7:45 am, you can participate in the silence meditation sessions.
Many students start enthusiastically with meditation, yoga, exercising… during a mindfulness course, but then stop straight after. But for long-lasting effects, you should persist and practice mindfulness on a regular basis! That is why we organize bi-weekly meditation and movement sessions.
The price for a session is €20. Have you already taken an MBSR course or introduction, then you can attend all the bi-weekly sessions free of charge.
However, you can donate a small amount to support the work of the center. Part of the profits are donated to good causes and further research.
Moreover, we organize mindfulness retreats are at certain times during the year. You can find more information about these retreats at the bottom of this page. Watch this movie to get inspired.

The goal of the community Mindfulness meetings is to share experiences. These sessions take place on Saturday mornings, from 8 to 8:45 am.
Hiking together online or live and meditating at the same time? It can be done! These sessions take place every Friday morning, from 8 to 8.45 am.
Wednesday morning from 7 to 7:45 am, you can join the mindful eating – breakfast sessions for free.
During the loving kindness weekend, you will learn to develop compassion for yourself and others.
During the meditation week you will learn how to come to yourself through various meditation techniques.
During the meditation weekends, you will learn to integrate the principles of MBSR into your daily life.
