To see lasting changes, perseverance is important and regularly making time for your practice is a must. We advise people with the current stressful circumstances to start the practice in a group course or under personal guidance in consultations.

Retreats and sessions are organized at certain times during the year for beginners and advanced practitioners (see bottom of page). At the request of participants, we also provide an example at the bottom of the page of how you can integrate exercises during the week and in your daily life at home and/or at work after taking a course and/or receiving personal guidance. Know that at those times there are also many other (old) and new participants practicing.

We continue to strive for an offer that is based on recent scientific research combined with the most recent psychological and psychotherapeutic insights, which is more than necessary in these times. ‘Mindfulness (meditation)-Based exercises are to be taken seriously’. We also strive for an offer that as many target groups as possible can participate in.

Many students start enthusiastically with meditation, yoga, exercising… during a mindfulness course, but then stop straight after. But for long-lasting effects, you should persist and practice mindfulness on a regular basis! That is why we organize bi-weekly meditation and movement sessions.

The price for a session is €20. Have you already taken an MBSR course or introduction, then you can attend all the bi-weekly sessions free of charge.

However, you can donate a small amount to support the work of the center. Part of the profits are donated to good causes and further research.
