Guided walking meditation and opportunity for questions (online)

Walking in nature is one of the best ways to relax and the perfect way to end the day! During these sessions, which currently only take place online, I will teach you the basics of walking meditation. Later, these sessions will again take place live and we will take a walk (in groups) and meditate together. At the end there will be a moment to ask questions about the MBSR course, mindfulness, practical details…
